After birth, your body has done something incredible and it deserves time, care and thoughtful movement. Postnatal Pilates is designed to support your recovery, help rebuild strength and gently guide you back into movement at your own pace.

Whether you’re weeks or months into your postpartum journey, this is a space to move with intention and kindness.

There are emotional and physical transitions of early motherhood so The Nurtured Being’s goal is to create a calm, non-judgmental space where you feel supported and safe, not pressured. Every movement is optional and your wellbeing comes first.

What to Expect in a Session?

Postnatal Pilates sessions are safe and restorative. They’re guided by an instructor trained in postpartum movement, with modifications for different stages of recovery.

Each session includes:

  • Breath-work and pelvic floor re connection

  • Gentle core and glute strengthening

  • Mobility and posture support

  • Mindful movement and rest

You’re welcome whether you had a vaginal birth or C-section, whether you’re newly postpartum or many months in. Come as you are, with a snack in hand, or with baby in tow.
