Not at all! General Pilates sessions are open to all levels. The instructor will offer modifications so you can move in a way that feels right for your body, whether you’re brand new or more experienced.

Please wear sports clothes that are comfortable and that you can move easily in.
All equipment and mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
A bottle of water and a snack is always a good idea too!
