What to Expect in a Session?
Each session is guided by an instructor trained in prenatal Pilates and pregnancy-safe movement. Movements are modified based on your trimester and how you’re feeling that day.

You don’t need prior Pilates experience. Just bring water and wear something comfortable. We provide mats and any props you might need.
